CH Design General Terms & Conditions (Scroll down for Workshop T&C's)
Clause 1. | General
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of CH Design apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of CH Design. By ordering an item you agree to these conditions, please read through them carefully before placing an order. If you have any queries relating to these conditions, please contact us at chdesignjewelry@gmail.com
Clause 2. | Agreement and Order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order. CH Design will process your order after you have paid. Until that time, CH Design will remain the full owner of the product(s).
2.2 Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order.
2.3 All images and specifications are an indication. Every product is handcrafted so variation may occur. If a product does not meet your expectation you may return it (see clause 6), but it may not be a reason to file a claim.
Clause 3. | Payment and Payment Methods
3.1 You can choose from the following secure payment methods: iDEAL and PayPal
3.2 If CH Design posts, accidentally, an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – we have the right to adapt. Even though you already ordered the article.
3.3 All product prices shown on www.chdesign.shop are including taxes and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
3.4 All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc. are automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without chdesigns.nl or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds, the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).
Clause 4. | Delivery
4.1 CH Design delivers all packages via PostNL.
4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when PostNL has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – CH Design calculates these additional costs on to you.
4.3 CH Design will send the order as quickly as possible after payment of the agreement. CH Design always strives to make sure you get your order in the estimated shipping time. If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock or if post services are on a strike) you will be notified about this immediately.
4.4 Up to and including the delivery CH Design bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
4.5 Please note that the delivery times in clause 5 are estimated. In case a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date it is not possible to make a claim. However, CH Design will always do everything in its power to make sure your order arrives on time.
Clause 5. | Approval period
5.1 CH Design strives that all customers are happy with their purchase. However, we advise you to check the quality and the quantity within fourteen workdays. If something is not correct please send an e-mail to chdesignjewelry@gmail.com
Clause 6. | Returns & Exchanges
6.1 We, of course, hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product.
6.2 The return form always has to be included in the box.
6.3 If you choose to return the purchase, please email us at chdesignjewelry@gmail.com so we can tell you the return address.
6.4 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged with a manufacturing fault).
6.5 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete we have the right to refuse returned items.
6.6 The refund will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days from the day that you returns package arrived back in our warehouse.
6.7 CH Design can only transfer the refund to the account where the original payment came from.
Clause 7. | Warranty
7.1 After the fourteen-day approval period (clause 5.1) CH Design gives a warranty of two months on the quality of the product. If the quality of the product is not to your satisfaction, please send an e-mail to chdesignjewelry@gmail.com. In this case, we will provide you with a return label.
7.2 CH Design will provide you with a suitable solution, however, it is up to CH Design to decide which of the following options will be used.
• If it is possible to repair the product we will repair it
• If it is not possible to repair the product, we will provide you with a new item
• If it is not possible to repair the product and we do not have it in stock anymore, we will offer you a refund.
7.3 In case of a refund, the refund (including any shipping costs) will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days.
7.4 If we repair or replace the item, this can take up to 14 working days unless communicated otherwise.
7.5 The warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended.
Clause 8. | Copyright
8.1 All photos and images displayed by CH Design are copyrighted. Without written permission from CH Design photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly used.
Clause 9. | Disputes
9.1 All legal relations are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

CH Design Charm Workshop Terms & Conditions
Clause 1. | Booking & Payment
1.1 All workshop bookings must be confirmed through full payment.
1.2 Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once CH Design has issued a written confirmation.
Clause 2. | Cancellations, Rescheduling & Attendees
2.1 If the workshop is held at a rented venue for a private booking:
• You may cancel the entire workshop up to 8 days before the event with no charge.
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund minus a 20% fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
2.2 If the workshop is hosted in-house (at CH Design’s studio) or at the booker’s home:
• We strive to be more flexible. However, refunds or rescheduling within 7 days remain at the discretion of CH Design.
2.3 For private workshops held at rented venues, a minimum of 6 attendees is required for the workshop to remain viable.
2.4 If cancellations bring the confirmed group size below 6:
• CH Design reserves the right to cancel the workshop entirely, provided it falls within the standard cancellation window (see Clause 2).
• Alternatively, the booker may substitute the cancelled spots with other attendees.
• Or, attendees who cannot join may opt to receive a thoughtfully curated workshop goodie bag, including a pre-made charm jewelry piece designed just for them.
2.5 Please note that we cannot offer price adjustments if the group size drops below 6.
2.6 CH Design reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues). In this case, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2.7 If one or more members of your group cannot attend:
• Within 7 days of the event, we cannot offer refunds.
• You may substitute the spot with another attendee.
• Alternatively, you can choose receive a workshop goodie bag, including a pre-made charm jewelry piece created for them.
2.8 For home or in-house workshops, additional flexibility may be possible, but is subject to CH Design’s discretion.
Clause 3. | Workshop Experience
3.1 Each participant will create one charm necklace, bracelet, or bag chain using the materials provided, unless the package specifies otherwise.
3.2 Workshop fees include use of tools, charm selection, and light refreshments, unless the package specifies otherwise. For private workshops, additional upgrades (e.g., celebratory drinks or premium snacks) may be arranged.
3.2 Workshops typically last around 2 hours.
Clause 4. | Venue
4.1 Public workshops are held at the specified location on the product page or communicated at the time of booking.
4.2 Private workshops can be hosted at CH Design’s home studio or an external venue, depending on group size and availability. Travel within The Hague is included; additional travel fees may apply for other locations.
Clause 5. | Group Size & Age
5.1 The minimum group size for private workshops is 6 participants unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.2 Workshops are designed for adults and older teens (age 14+), unless specified otherwise.
Clause 6. | Liability
6.1 CH Design is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the use of tools or materials. Participants are expected to handle all tools with care and follow safety instructions.
6.2 CH Design is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings during the workshop.
Clause 7. | Use of Imagery
7.1 Photographs may be taken during workshops for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the host in advance.
Clause 8. | Intellectual Property
8.1 All workshop content, designs, and processes are the intellectual property of CH Design and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
