Is it really handmade?
All jewelry is handcrafted by CH Design, using high quality materials. The main material is an epoxy resin, which is poured into a mold and then filled with dried flowers, pigments, glitters or silver flakes.
The resin is poured in several of layers depending on the design and depth of the frame. After the resin is fully cured, a small hole is drilled into the resin or attached to a jump ring, and then onto a keychain, or earring base.
It's a timely process, as we make sure to place every individual flake, glitter, and flower by hand. This ensures an even dispersal of product in all items.
We like to take advantage that we are not a large company, so we don't mass produce. Every item is unique and only a few products are made at a time.

Will my pieces discolor?
We make sure to use a high quality epoxy resin that is UV resistant. This means that it will not discolor in the sunlight.
All of our jewelry is made using stainless steel hardware and other high-quality materials. Stainless steel will not tarnish, but the gold-plating may fade. If you keep your pieces away from lotions, perfumes and water, it will take years before the goldplating wears off. Read more about our materials here.
Is my jewelry water resistant?
To keep your jewelry beautiful for as long as possible, it is advised to avoid exposing your jewelry to water, lotions and perfumes. Read more about our materials here.
Can I get an allergic reaction?
This differs per person, but most of our items are generall hypoallergenic. You can find more information here.

Wat is de verwerkingstijd?
The processing time is how long it takes for us to design and create products.
Most items are ready made and don't have a processing time.
Custom orders have a processing time of up to 2 weeks.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love your CH Design products(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns on hygiene products such as earrings. We also do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Gift Vouchers
Make sure you choose an appropriate shipping box / bubble mailer for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit. You may arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize – you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
